The City Walk Apartment project epitomizes a modern and refined design ethos, focusing on creating an impeccably clean and sophisticated living space. Our comprehensive work involved a series of meticulous design and construction elements aimed at achieving a balanced and elegant environment.

The apartment’s joinery was executed in classic white, chosen for its versatility and ability to enhance natural light within the space. This clean, crisp finish provided a cohesive and timeless backdrop for the rest of the interior design.

We selected travertine marble for the flooring in the wet areas, a choice that combines luxury with practicality. Its natural, subtle veining adds a touch of opulence, while its durability ensures lasting quality. For the remainder of the apartment, we opted for parquet flooring, which adds warmth and character to the living spaces, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

The walls were enhanced with gypsum, incorporating intricate designs that add texture and dimension. This design choice allows the walls to stand as a subtle feature, contributing to the apartment’s modern aesthetic without detracting from its simplicity.

The ceiling design was carefully considered to complement the apartment’s clean lines and modern feel. We installed a streamlined ceiling with track lighting and linear diffusers, providing both functional illumination and a sleek, integrated look. The lighting design ensures that the space is well-lit, with an emphasis on maintaining the apartment’s minimalist style while highlighting architectural details.
